Generate Additional Insured Certificate
Teams are permitted to generate their own Additional Insured Certificates for third parties.
You must have your AYSAA Membership ID and the Zip Code used when you registered. All of this information is available on your team insurance certificate. If you need assistance please email info@esportsinsurance.com
If you need an Additional Insured certificate for a party other than those listed please email info@esportsinsurance.com for service. These are the only types of certificates that can be generated online.>
